台灣生產與作業管理之相關期刊文獻回顧與前瞻：從工業3.0到工業3.5

Retrospect and Prospect on Operations and Management Journals in Taiwan: From Industry 3.0 to Industry 3.5

本研究回顧1984-2014年間，台灣管理學門各TSSCI期刊刊登之生產作業管理相關論文。整理文獻之研究動機、研究方法、實證對象，以歸納研究脈絡和成果，並探討未來前瞻的研究方向，協助台灣生產作業管理的轉型，促進產業升級提升競爭力。面對先進國家如德國工業4.0、美國AMP和再工業化等製造策略，以及韓國、大陸等新興國家積極發展智慧製造和物聯網等技術，台灣廠商應找出正確的定位以增進核心能力。因此，本研究旨在整合產學之能量，以協助在重新解構重組的產業價值鏈中找到新的定位。

This study reviews operations management papers published in TSSCI journals between 1984 and 2014. Extensive review on motivations, methods and domains of these papers is conducted to identify trends and roadmaps of operations management research in Taiwan. Facing the challenges of the Industry 4.0 from Germany and Advanced Manufacturing Partnership from USA as well as other similar strategies from Korea and China, Taiwanese companies need to find the right strategy to enhance the core competence. Driven by the enabling technologies and their innovative applications, this study proposes possible directions for research collaborations between universities and industries in Taiwan and helps Taiwanese industries find niche positions in the restructuring value chain.
