從伴侶制重新思考共同生活的可能

Rethink the Possibility of Communal Living from Domestic Partnership

伴隨著多元成家運動，臺灣社會展開了對於「伴侶制」的想像與討論。本文針對目前已經浮現的幾種伴侶制度想像進行批判分析，考察這些論述如何設想：(1)伴侶制度與婚姻制度的關係；(2)國家或社會體制扮演的角色；(3)構成伴侶的主體資格、契約型態。這些分析最終試圖指出，現有的伴侶制度想像並未挑戰或突破社會的個人化，反而是對獨立個體生活的再次確立。我們一方面要省思這些自主、獨立個體的預設，另一方面也提問，要建立共同生活的社會制度，是否還可以有其他可能的思想路徑。

With the development of diverse family formation movement, public in Taiwan has unfolded their imagination about domestic partnership. This article focuses on kinds of imagination of domestic partnership which has been constantly discussed so far to conduct critical analysis, and studies how these discourses structure their perception. (1) The relationship between domestic partnership and marriage. (2) The role played by the state or society system. (3) The subjectivity and contract formation to be domestic partner. These analysis try to point out that instead of challenging or breaking through the individualization of society, present domestic partnership reinforces the life style of independent subject. We have to think through the preset on these liberal and independent subject, meanwhile, we should ask that is there any other possible way of establishing social system of communal living.
