The research is to analyze the difference between core competencies and organization effect in hospitals according to the variables of population statistics in managing staffs of district teaching hospitals and medical centers in Taiwan. Furthermore, this article also studies their relativity and prediction ability above, in order to take it as reference to cope with life situation and make strategies in the future. The study adopts the cross dimension method with the structural questionnaire focus on the managing staffs of all member hospitals, 26 district teaching hospitals and medical centers, in the human resource committee of Taiwan Hospital Association. It mailed 520 copies of questionnaires and returned 452. The returned rate is 86.9%. 422 copies are effective; the effective rate is 81.2%. After statistics analysis has the results in below: 1, the rank of core dimension order is “foreseeing competencies”, “threshold competencies”, and “key competencies”. 2, “gender” is the significant acknowledge of ” key competencies” in hospital core competencies dimension from the variable of different population statistics. Acknowledge of male is better than female. 3, the core competencies is positive related to organization effect. 4, the core ability is predictable to organization effect. “Key competencies” is best foreseeing to “finance dimension”. “Foreseeing competencies” is best forecast factor to “customer dimension”, “internal process dimension”, “learning and growth dimension”, and total organization effect”. |
