The Pain Management and Nursing in Surgial Patients

手術後疼痛是外科病人最常見的護理問題，就倫理的觀點來看，獲得通 當的疼痛處置更是病人的權利。護理人員是與病人接觸最密切的醫療專業人 員，在手術病人的疼痛評估與處置上具有重要的責任，應具備正確的疼痛處 置知識。本文將國內外有關疼痛處置的文獻作一整理，內容包括手術後疼痛 對病人的影響、手術前疼痛衛教的重要性及手術後的疼痛評估與處置，期望 護理人員能運用於臨床照護工作，以提升護理照護品質。

Postoperative pain is the most common problem of surgical patients. Adequate management of postoperative pain is humanistic for patients. Nurses are the first group of professionals to come into contact with patients, they are expected to be knowledgeable about pain management. Reviewing the relevant literatures, the effect of postoperative pain in surgical patients, the importance of preoperative pain education, and the assessment of pain, and pain management after surgery are presented in this article. It is hoped that, the quality of nursing care in surgical patients will be improved if nurses can manage patient’s postoperative pain adequately.
