運用柏列特原理分析於門診生產力之研究

A Study of Productivity in Outpatient Department by Employing Pareto Analysis

柏列特原理（Pareto） 分析常被廣泛應用於不同之領域，若能掌握一個 組織中重要的少數，就能有效地控制大部份的活動。本研究嘗試以柏列特原 理解析門診的產出如診斷別、醫師別、科別，進而以其對應的門診人次來決 定是否具備「精寡粗多』的現象，以提供醫院管理之具體資料及參考依據。

Pareto analysis is often applied in different fields. If one could acquire the most important resources of the minority, one would effectively control the activities of the majority. This study tried to analyze the output of Outpatient Department in the categories of diagnosis, doctors, department by the employment of Pareto Analysis. We determine the 'spares marrow and mass boney' (priority in hospital strategies) by the corresponding patient numbers of these categories to offer some information and reference for hospital management.
