新修訂的醫療法於氏國93 年4 月9 日三讀通過後，增列醫療社聞法人制 度的相關條文。醫療社聞法人制度賦予醫療機構依附的法律主體。非醫師也 可以透過一個醫療社團法人的申請，設立或繼承多個可以分配盈餘的醫療機 構，這也是醫療法新制中，法人醫療機構的最大變化。

The ammendment of the Medical Care Act was passed by the Legislative Yuan on April 9, 2004. The amending regulations add the system of Medical Corporation Aggregate in right of medical institutions attached to. Those who are not doctors can establish or succeed multiple for-profit medical institutions by the application of a medical corporation aggregate. This marks the most significant change to the establishment of medical institutions in the amendment of the Medical Care Act.
