臺灣地區醫療院所網站服務內容之探討

Content Analysis of Hospitals' Websites within Taiwan Area

網站建置已成為提供資訊服務的重要管道，本研究乃針對國內419家符合醫院評鑑之醫院網站，以線上瀏覽方式進行內容分析。研究發現，目前國內僅有三成多的醫院有架設網站。在評鑑別部分，醫學中心全部都有設置網站，區域醫院有93.2%，地區醫院只有21.9%設置網站。地區別方面以東部的73.3%最高，其次台北地區有43.7%，而其他地區則在20%-30%。權屬別方面，以公立醫院所占比例最高（85.7%），次為財團法人（77.1%），而以私立醫院（16.4%）最少。

Since web is one of most popular way to gather information in this era, this study would like to analyze the content on web management by 419 accredited hospitals in Taiwan area. First of al, there are only about 30% hospital with web site available. These hospital with available web could be specified by level: 100% of medical center, 93.2% of regional hospitals, and 21.9% of district hospitals; or by area: 73.3% in east area, 43.7% in Taipei area, and 20%-30% in other area;or by ownership:85.7% of public hospitals, 77.1% of proprietary hospitals, and 16.4% of private hospitals.
