醫院的建築物既大且複雜,需要使用各種不同的方法來進行能源節約。本文乃在 陳述醫院如何從能源使用過程找到節約方法,透過系統性的能源利用,在成本效益平 衡下達到節能目標。這個節能方案是在不影響服務品質下,於一所南台灣醫院六棟建 築物中實施節能策略的成果。全院之樓地板單位面積耗能指標(Energy Use Intensity, EUI)從改善前2008年之278.3 kWh/㎡.yr降至2011年之196.3 kWh/㎡.yr;預期一年 能減少1,701公噸的排放量,使醫院降低一千萬左右電費,整個專案之執行大約能四年 回本;專案證實醫院確實是一個需要實施節能的重要場所。 |

Hospital buildings are large and complexes, and therefore must save energy in different ways. The aim of this paper is to present the evaluation of the energy savings achieved by a systematic utilization from the washing process, and to determine the cost-benefit of energy saving from the hospital perspective. This project has adopted efficient energy saving strategies without affecting the quality of service in six buildings located in a southern Taiwan hospital. The energy utilization index was from 273.8 kWh/m2.yr in 2008 to 196.3 kWh/m2.yr in 2011. Carbon dioxide emission was expected to reduce 1,701 tonne per year. Around 10 million NT dollars direct energy fee was saved annually because of energy management. From the application of the proposed strategies, the cost savings result in an acceptable payback period for the capital invested of about four years. However, hospital is one of the most significant locations of saving energy. |
