Mountain rescue work is primary to save myself first, then to help others. Especially, it is important way by continuing education to evaluate the standard of the professional nursing. Chen (1991) orgued what to achieve the education effect of the continuing education is to meet the nurses’ need. Thus, it is essential to properly assess the nurses training. There is lack of those who are medical care personnel have received the special training. The objective of this study is to explore and plan the educational model of the mountain medicine for the nurses. First, we collected the data from which to distribute the questionnaires to those who have joined the mountain rescue workers. Second, we have consulted the related experts’ opinions. Finally, by the result of the survey, we plan the program training needs assessment and analyze what in accordance with the survey. The findings is that it is helpful for those who have joined the mountain rescue work through the three steps education. However, during the execution of the mission, they are influenced by either physical strength or physical condition. The evidence is that the nursing continuing education should expand the dimension from the indoor curriculum to the outdoor courses, for instance the open country seeks livehood. Although the content of the programs is more difficult than the indoor programs, the total mean of the satisfaction is reached 4.78. The evidence shows that the three steps of the continuing education is well-designed model to set up the benchmark for the Mountain rescue work. |
