探討護理人員做使用醫院資訊系統之實證研究

The Empirical Study of Nurse Acceptance in Hospital Information System

醫院推展資訊化之際，任何一個醫院資訊系統的發展都與護理人員有密切的關 係，透過醫院資訊系統的有效發展，不僅可改善護理人員處理各項醫療輔助事務，更 能提高臨床照護品質，因此護理人員在醫院資訊化之推動，扮演一個相當重要的角 色，故探討護理人員對醫院資訊系統之接受度，是一項值得關注的議題。本研究主要 以Davis（1989）之科技接受模式為理論依據，並參考醫療資訊領域相關文獻，以探討 護理人員使用醫院資訊系統接受度。研究採問卷調查法，以普查的方式針對某區域醫 院之護理人員進行相關資料之蒐集，所收集之資料以結構方程模式進行驗證性分析。 問卷共發放260份，回收有效問卷242份，有效回收率為93.1%。研究結果顯示，使用者 認知醫院資訊系統之有用性是最重要的影響因素，亦即醫院資訊系統之有用性：溝通 效益與醫療品質成效是影響使用者接受度之關鍵，此結果可提供醫院管理者了解使用 者對醫院資訊系統接受之重要考量，並作為未來系統發展與改善之參考。

While information technology widely extended in the hospital, every step in the development of information systems should have deep influences to the clinical nurses. By the efficient spread of the information systems, the nurses not only would fluently manage the care-related affairs but also get excellent performance. Nurses should be the key person to launch the application of information systems used in hospital. And the acceptance of hospital information systems in nurses should be a major event. This paper based on the Technology Acceptance Model (Davis, 1989) and other medical informatics studies tried to explore the acceptance of the hospital information system. The original data were collected from a regional hospital of clinical nurses. Totally 260 questionnaires had been sent to the staffs and 242 had been replied. The response rate was 93.1%. The data was analyzed with SEM using the LISREL software. The result: The perceived usefulness was the key factor. Under the dimension of perceived usefulness, including communication benefits and medical care quality effect indirectly influenced the acceptance of the hospital information system. This result provided the view that the end-users hold for acceptance of the hospital information system and one of the considerations that should be noted in future development of the hospital information system.
