臺灣北部某醫學中心近年來醫療糾紛之分析

Analysis of Recent Medical Disputes of One Medical Center in North Taiwan

醫療糾紛已成為目前醫療工作者最重要及關心的課題之一。醫療行為所產生的醫療結果本身就存有不確定性，有些非意欲的醫療傷害或意外確實可能發生，而且不容易預防。然而，有些不良的醫療結果確實肇因於醫療過失或醫療錯誤，而可能加以避免的。有關台灣醫療糾紛實際的發生率、發生原因及其處理的方式並未被廣為了解及討論；而各醫療院所對於處理醫療糾紛的態度及方式也各不相同。在此，我們提供及分析研究醫院近年來處理醫療糾紛案例的情形，發現醫療糾紛部份肇因於非醫療因素，即醫療提供者未考慮病患心理社會層次的需求；同時也詳細介紹我們處理醫療糾紛的態度及方式。本文的主要目的是希望透過了解醫療糾紛發生的原因，進而能加以避免；另外則是希望喚起醫界共同重視此一課題並共謀更理想、完善的解決之道，並重視全人的醫學教育。

Medical dispute has become one of the most important concerns in daily medical practice. Medical management carries a risk of uncertainty of the medical outcome. Some unintended medical injury or medical incidents may happen and seem difficult to prevent. However, some adverse medical outcomes are related to medical negligence or medical errors and seem preventable. The incidences, causes, and management of medical disputes are not well understood or discussed in Taiwan. The management policy for medical disputes may be quite different between hospitals. We offer and analyze the data of recent medical disputes in our hospital. We also introduce our management policy for medical disputes. The purposes of this article are trying to prevent medical disputes by understanding the causes, and promoting medical groups to emphasize biopsycho- social medicine issue and find a better solution.
