影響護理人員對專業能力進階制度線上測驗系統滿意度因素之探討

Factors Affecting Nurses’ Satisfaction toward On-line Test System of Nursing Clinical Ladder Programs

現今資訊科技的蓬勃發展及廣泛運用，已造成各行各業產業生態極大的衝擊，隨著健保政策的更迭快速，醫院資訊科技基礎建設的日趨完善，醫院利用資訊科技來輔助行政或醫療相關作業已成為現今之趨勢。進而，學習環境融合電腦網路科技已是發展終身學習社會的重點，因此「資訊科技融入教學」是目前各醫療院所未來的發展重點，其中「資訊科技融入評量」更是不可或缺的重要環節。護理人員是醫院中最大群的人力資源，其素質優良與否是落實醫療品質與服務效率的關鍵因素之一。近年來，護理教育課程也陸續開始結合網際網路，因此，本研究針對護理人員，探討其對專業能力進階制度線上測驗之滿意度及其影響因素，以克服護理人員參加專業進階教育訓練後，因評量的方式所造成之學習及行政阻礙，研究結果除可提高測試系統的品質、供護理教育單位課程教學之修正參考外，並可提供其他醫療院所，於建置專業能力進階制度線上測驗系統時之參考依據。

Information technology (IT) has speedily developed and been widely applies nowadays, which causes tremendous impacts on varieties of industries and business. Following the changing of National Health Insurance policies and the mature establishment of IT, using IT to support the administrative operations or medical-related processes in hospitals has become a trend nowadays. Meanwhile, to combine the internet with learning is a key element to develop a society of lifelong learning. Therefore, more and more hospitals integrate IT with their training and teaching programs. In addition, IT also plays an important role in integrating evaluation of learning results into the learning programs. Nurses are the largest group of staff in human resources in the hospitals. Whether nurses possess high professional competency is one of the critical factors to provide excellent medical quality and service efficiency. Recently, more and more nursing programs start to link with the internet. Therefore, this research attempts to identify the critical factors that affect the satisfaction of nurses using the clinical ladder on-line test. The results may not only help nurses overcome the obstacles of evaluation and administration brought by participating in the clinical ladder programs, but also help the nursing educators improve the quality of test and teaching methods. The results of this study may serve as reference for other hospitals and clinics when they want to set up their nursing clinical ladder on-line test system.
