臺灣聚落的空間型構法則分析

A Space Syntax Analysis of Settlements in Taiwan

目前聚落研究多以文字以及簡單的描述為主，對於聚落中複雜的、抽象的、深層的空間結構與社會結構關係，常有難以全面性完整呈現之苦。為了揭露台灣聚落所隱含的空間文化現象，本研究利用空間型構法則之理論與方法，以台中大甲外水尾、台北芳蘭山下、台北民生社區三個聚落為例，探索聚落公共空間與社會文化的拓樸關係，並以訪談觀察與紀錄等質性研究方法彼此互補，發掘聚落的空間與社會文化的內在關係。

Most researches on settlement studies use texts and figures to discuss their subjects. Hence, it is difficult to show complicated, abstract, and deep relationships between space and social structures within settlements. In order to reveal the hidden relationship in Taiwanese settlements, this research employs the theory of space syntax to analyze three settlements: Wai Shui Wei, Da Jia of Taichung, the foot of Fang Lan Mountain of Taipei and Ming Shen Community of Taipei. Complementing with interviews, observations, and data records, this research explores the intrinsic topological relationship between public space and social culture.
