本研究以DOE-2為解析基礎以辦公建築為研究對象,嘗試透過建築外殼設計因子、空調設計因子進行合理的空調耗能量之推估,直接將設計反應於空調全年耗能量之上,使設計者可以輕易地藉由調整設計上之變化回饋於整體建築空調耗能量之上,藉以檢討並修正建築外殼設計與空調設計而達到快速建築節能評估之目的。目前於建築技術規則中以建築外殼耗能量(ENVLOAD)與綠建築中空調節約能源計算作為管制建築空調耗能量之依據,本研究利用上述兩項計算過程中會計算到之因子發展簡單之預測迴歸式以進行空調全年耗能量預估,簡化耗能預測計算工作方便應用。本研究成果以冷凍主機之全負荷相當運轉時間來建立離心式主機與容積式主機之全年耗能預測式,以台灣北、中、南三氣候區分開預估,其R2介於0.937至0.964之間。同時建立冷卻水塔風扇、空調泵與AHU風機之耗能預測式,其R2介於0.995至0.999之間。
英文摘要
The research utilizes DOE-2 to analyze the central air-conditioning energy enduse of office building. The research makes use of several handy building envelope design variables as well as HVAC design variables onto the prediction model. These selected variables are able to effectively reflect on the annual AC energy consumption and can be fed back to the design for further renovating and provides the designer a better understanding on the interactions linking between the design variables and the energy consumption. The annual AC energy consumption is nowadays regulated by the ENVLOAD index from the Building Technical Code and the HVAC energy conservation calculation from Green Building Evaluation System in Taiwan. For the reasons to simplify and to increase the applicability, this paper utilized the variables that come from the above two calculation process to develop easy-to-use prediction models of annual AC energy consumption. The research analysis through the equivalent full load hours of the two major type chiller plants to establish the predicting models. The models come in three climate zones with two chiller types, all the R2s lie between 0.937 and 0.964. Furthermore, other HVAC equipment’s energy prediction model, such as HVAC pumps, AHU fans and cooling towers are also established. The coefficients of correlation lie between 0.995 and 0.999.
