以截火幕作為防火區劃之防火設備,相較於其他防火設備有:兩個防火區劃之間的視覺穿透性佳、無需另設置防火門即可穿越防火區劃等優點。但是台灣建築技術規則要求防火設備應具有一小時以上之阻熱性,因此本研究以CNS12514「建築物構造部分耐火試驗法」之測試標準對雙層截火幕進行試驗,藉以了解以雙層截火幕作為防火區劃之防火設備之可能性。本實驗結果發現:間距1800mm 之雙層截火幕受火後其背火側截火幕外觀完整無破損現象。5個測點之平均溫度為164.1℃低於170.0℃;5個測點之最高溫度為177.5℃低於210.0℃,此外平均溫度差為780.6℃,溫度降低率可達82.63%。阻熱性能符合台灣建築技術規則對防火設備之阻熱性能要求。
英文摘要
Comparing different fire prevention equipments, fire protection curtains used for fire prevention divisions have the following advantages. First, people can see well about the situation in fire prevention divisions. Second, there is no need for the installation of fireproofing doors and people can easily pass through the fire prevention divisions. According to the Taiwan Building Code, fire prevention equipments are required to have the insulation performance that can work for more than one hour. CNS12514 is used standard of an experiment. The study is an experiment on the insulation performance of double-layered fire protection curtains. Through this experiment, double-layered fire protection curtains and the air between them are tested to see if they can meet the requirement of insulation performance. The following results were obtained that distance is 1800mm between the double-layered fire protection curtains: 1. The layer of distant from fire is not damaged. 2. Average temperature of five measure points is 164.1℃ that lower than 170.0℃. 3. The highest temperature from five measure points is 177.5℃ that lower than 210.0℃. 4. It is lower the temperature from 944.7℃ to 164.1℃. Temperature reduction rate is 82.63%. All these things make it clear that double-layered fire protection curtains of insulation performance are fit in with Taiwan Building Code.
