Public Protection for Alternative Education and Certificate for Students Achieving the Proficiency Level of Upper Secondary School Graduates

本研究探討2000 年代日本的教育由「劃一」到「多樣」所產生的教育變化情況，特別著眼於2005年新制上路的高級中等教育畢業程度學力鑑定考試。該新制鑑定考試除卻舊有的劃一體制，成為非正式教育的公共保障之先驅。新制中對鑑定考試合格者即賦予高中畢業資格此項值得特別關注。針對該新制的鑑定考試，文部科學省審議會的議論結果是不賦予高中畢業資格。本研究結果得知賦予高中畢業的先決條件乃為「學分」。爾後針對「非正式教育的公共保障」之檢討上，透過本研究結果得知的「學分」問題，在現代教育論議上極具重要價值。

This study shows the change of Japan society during 2000 era, which is from homogeneity to diversity through the perspective of education. It studies especially a new national examination revised in 2005. This revision is one of the most earliest public protections for alternative education getting out of the standards in Japan because the new test should have been given a high school diploma at a council of the ministry of education, culture, sports, science and technology. It finds out an important point, the total number of credit units which the paper discovered could let us realize the alternative education letter in the future study.
