個人是否有能力去應付社會的限制；環境的障礙和身體的疾病等，都要看個人的適應 能力而定。所以，心理社會適應在健康照護過程中，扮演著重要的角色。雖然，國內外有 許多探討心理社會適應的文章，但是尚未有人對「心理社會適應」做有系統的概念分析。 因此，本文依據Walker 和Avant(2005)的概念分析步驟，分析心理社會適應的定義，確 認其定義性特徵，建構範例來說明，確認前因後果以及列舉實證性參考資料。希望藉此概 念分析結果能幫助護理人員對心理社會適應有正確的認知，並能應用於臨床，藉以分析病 人的適應性行為以及非適應性行為。

Whether individuals have the ability to meet society's restrictions；environmental obstacles and physical diseases depends on their adaptive capability. Psychosocial adjustment is therefore very important for successful health care. There is a great deal of relevant literature on psychosocial adjustment but no literature that analyzes the concept of psychosocial adjustment in a systematic manner. This paper therefore applied the methodology outlined by Walker & Avant (2005) to analyze the concept of psychosocial adjustment. In this concept analysis of psychosocial adjustment；the term is defined；with the defining attributes clarified；model cases to explain the term constructed；and antecedents as well as consequences identified. Empirical references were also outlined. This analysis can help care givers acquire a proper understanding of the concept and then apply the knowledge in clinical practice to identify patients’ adjustment and maladjustment behaviors.
