血液透析患者的乾體重評估與護理

Dry Weight Assessment and Nursing Care of Hemodialysis Patients

本文除了說明長期血液透析患者應藉由乾體重的控制來避免因體內水分過多導致的心血管問題外，同時教導護理人員在執行透析護理時，應藉由正確評估病人的乾體重和給予適當的控制兩次透析間體重增加的護理衛教，以提早發現病人體重增加的原因和症狀，使病患能經由合宜的體重控制，而減少心血管問題的發生，並達到提昇透析品質的目的。

The purpose of this article is to provide nurses who care for dialysis patients with information on how to accurately estimate dry weight for hemodialysis patients. There is a need to continually monitor and accurately assess the dry weight of hemodialysis patients, since over hydration can lead to cardiovascular complications. Nurses also need to know the reasons for increases in patients’ dry weight so they can provide effective education for patients to assist them to control their body weight, including weight gain due to retaining water, between dialysis treatments. These strategies can be used to avoid cardiovascular complications and increase the quality of patient care.
