「安全性行為」概念介入校園論E世代青少年避孕防治策略成效

近年來社會風氣的改變與教育政策的變遷，使得青少年性行為、非預期懷孕及性教育等議題衝擊著臺灣社會，其中青少女非預期懷孕問題，呈現日漸嚴重之趨勢。現今學校衛生工作從傳統的健康教學、健康環境與健康服務三大領域，延伸為世界衛生組織主導的健康促進學校計劃，強調學校、社區與家庭三方面應全力合作，健康是人類基本權利，也是實現人生目標必要條件之一。現代青少年普遍缺乏安全性行為認知與健康行為概念，故容易增加感染性傳染疾病或非預期懷孕風險，而安全性行為屬於一種健康行為，培養健康行為能夠解決許多健康問題。本文試圖以安全性行為的意涵與避孕防治策略相關文獻資料進行彙整分析，冀望提昇E世代青少年具有「正確兩性認知、正向性態度、合理性價值觀」，未來方以作為學校護理專業人員推動安全性行為與避孕防治策略相關課程計劃應用之參考。

In recent years, the changing social spirits and educational policies have made the issues such as teenagers' sexual behavior, family planning and gender education generate a great impact on Taiwan's society, among which the problem of non-anticipated pregnantis gradually aggravating and going to be a crux in future. Nowadays the hygiene works of the school serves three major fields from traditional health teaching, health environment and health services, and extend to the so called health promoting school programs of World Health Organization's leading health, emphasize on the cooperation of school, community and parents. Being healthy is the essential right of human being, and the way to actualize the goal of ones life. Contemporary teenagers generally lack for cognition of safe sex behavior and healthy behavior, and apt to increase sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) of infecting with or unexpected pregnant risk. But safe sex behaviors belong to one healthy behavior, and it could solve a lot of health problems. This text attempts to clarify the implication of safe sex behavior and the preventive strategies of contraceptive, and hope to enhance relative concepts of E-Generation- to have proper cognition of gender relationships, optimistic attitude and sensible value, and to be a practical resource to school professionals of nursing for implementing safe sex behavior and contraception.
