運用案例教學法於幼教師資生討論歷程之研究

A Research on Early Childhood Prospective Teacher’s Discussion Process by Applying Case Method

本研究探討案例教學法運用於幼教師資培育之歷程，並瞭解幼教師資生在過程中之收穫。招募13名師資生組成案例討論工作坊，進行七次案例討論。以觀察、訪談、研究者省思札記等資料進行分析，研究結果如下：首先，案例討論工 作坊運作之歷程，案例故事呈現方式由簡報說明，改為戲劇演出、與作者對話的形態。其中師資生最青睞與作者對話的方式；在維持師資生出席率方面，研究小組運用個別通知、預備溫馨情境、頒發參與證書與贈書、採納意見彈性調整做法等方式維持師資生出席的意願。其次，經由幼教案例討論，師資生之收穫包括提早認識教學現場、連結理論與實務、增進問題分析澄清之能力、獲得討論對話的機會等。最後，分析師資生之討論形態，發現不同年級之師資生在討論時的表現有所差異，碩士班師資生較能促發討論。而隨著案例討論次數的增加，成員漸能進行交叉討論。結果顯示案例教學在幼教師資培育上值得後續推廣與應用。期待透過本研究所提供之經驗，達拋磚引玉之效，並搭起師資培育教學理論與實務的橋樑。

The study investigated early childhood prospective teacher's discussion using case teaching method, and explored the operating courses of case discussion workshop. Through 7 case discussions with peers, prospective teachers learned more about early childhood practical teaching fields, connected theory and practice, developed their problem solving and analyzing abilities and so on. The research results showed positive feedback from the participants using case teaching method. The case teaching method is perceived as a useful and alternative teaching method that is greatly worthy for further application and extension in teacher education.
