淡水濕地之單鞭毛真菌（壺菌群）多樣性初步探討

Survey of Chytridiomycota in Fresh Water Wetlands of Taiwan

本研究選擇四個自然及人工沼澤、濕地採集水樣，進行多樣性壺菌群資源初步調查，獲得純培養29個菌株，並鑑定出8屬13菌種，壺菌類多樣性在自然濕地馬太鞍(S=11)明顯高於其他三個人工濕地(S=3~5)，其中根生壺菌屬(Rhizophydium)為優勢屬，而側生根生壺菌(Rhizophydium laterale)為優勢種，本文並描述一種嗜幾丁質的球囊壺菌(Rhizoclosmatium globosum)之型態及發育特徵。

In this study the author investigated the distribution and diversity of chytrids in four fresh water wetlands, namely of Tsoying, Kwantien, Jenteh, and Mataian. Twenty-nine isolates were identified as eight genera thirteen species of Chytridiales and Hyphochytriales. The most of chytrid species (S-11) is isolated from Mataian. While Rhizophydium is the dominant genus and Rhizophydium laterale is the ubiquitous and dominant species (Pi=7/29). A chitinophilic Rhizophydium globosum is illustrated and described.
