影響創業成功因素分析－－以SOHO族為例

The Analysis of Entrepreneur’s Success Factors- A Case of SOHO

台灣在創業方面仍然具有潛力優勢，根據本研究人口統計變數，顯示台灣人口部份，女性參與創業高於男性；另外在薪資的部分，占最多部份約50001～60000 元；以上的兩大人口統計變數特徵廣義代表台灣地區的創業家組成，以之為基礎探討其是否能夠投入及滿足成功創業因素；進而探討外在因素，如政府輔導創業之手段與資源，及是否有周延的法律保障。本研究針對SOHO 為研究對象，並發放問卷，蒐集有效問卷280份及無效問卷20 份，經由本研究探討與佐證，獲得創業內部因素與創業成效具有正向影響；創業外部因素與創業成效具有正向影響；創業靈活度與創業成效具有正向影響；資金來源與創業成效具有正向影響。

Taiwan’s environmental is still favor to the entrepreneurs potentially, base on the research in demographics variables, which stated an interesting patterns of potential entrepreneurs in Taiwan as below summaries: (a)Number of Female entrepreneurs is more than male; (b)Most of potential entrepreneur’s monthly salary is in the range of 50K～ 60K.Above two summaries representative the structure of Taiwan’s entrepreneurs in general, base on the situation to investigate the key factors of success to be an entrepreneurs, and, further more to investigate the environmental of create a business, such as, does government has strategies and supports to potential entrepreneurs? And, does existing laws gives enough protect to support entrepreneurs worry freely? In view of conclusive research text, with the result that collected valid questionnaires 280 samples and invalid questionnaires 20 samples. Finally, that research text obtained to four results from SEM model: (a) Internal factors of entrepreneur effected entrepreneurial outcome, make the good result. (b) External factor of entrepreneur effected entrepreneurial outcome, make the good result. (c) Entrepreneurship effect is entrepreneurial outcome, make the good result. (d) Capital resource effect is entrepreneurial outcome, make the good result.
