Copyright Protection for News Works under the New Media Environment

隨著媒體形式越來越多樣化、普及化，新媒體迅速發展，新媒體對傳統媒體新聞節目的轉播現象也越來越頻繁、普遍，因此，如何看待、處理和調整新媒體與傳統媒體之間有關時事新聞、新聞性文章、新聞作品的引用、轉載等版權問題，是我國新聞傳媒領域目前亟需解決且可能引發廣泛爭議的問題。基於客觀現實，以現行法律為根據，討論新聞媒體應當如何正確處理轉載中的相關版權問題。

Because the forms of media are becoming more diversified and more popular, and new media is growing fast. The rebroadcast of news program in traditional media through new media is becoming more frequent and common. Therefore, how to consider, treat and adjust the problems between new media and traditional media regarding live news, news articles, news works, and copyright problem of citation, become a hot topic which is in need of an urgent resolution. Based on objective facts and in compliance with current laws and regulations, this article will discuss how should the media handle the copyright problems in reprints.
