中國網球的舉國體制及職業化發展現狀分析

Research on the Tennis Vocationalization in China：From “Juguo System” to Market Operation

網球運動是一項長期受到歐美國家在國際賽事上把持獨占的高度職業化、國際化及商業化的運動項目，我國網球的舉國體制在職業化“試水”的摸索中發展迅速，為網球的迅猛發展做出了重要貢獻，但我國網球發展水平與歐美國家仍相差甚遠。因此，我國還需要從實際出發，結合舉國體制的優勢，摒棄自身發展的不足，探索出一條具有中國特色的職業化道路，進一步推動中國網球的發展。

Tennis is a sport which was long-term dominated by European and American countries in the international competition of the high professionalization, internationalization and commercialization. The system of Chinese tennis in the groping of professionalization “testing the waters” is developing rapidly, and made important contributions to the rapid development of Chinese tennis. But the development level of Chinese tennis is still far away from the European and American countries. Therefore, In order to further promote the development of Chinese tennis, China still needs to combine the advantage of “Juguo System”, and to explore a professionalized development path with Chinese characteristics.
