淺談輔助療法的專業化進程－－以台灣動物輔助治療發展為例

The Professionalization of Complementary and Alternative Medicine: A Case Study with Animal-Assisted Therapy

本文由近150年的現代護理專業化進程為引言，介紹專業化理論，並以台灣動物輔助治療為例，以專業化理論檢視國內另類輔助治療法的專業化議題。本文對台灣動物輔助治療從業者運用專業論述、專業組織與社會壁壘策略達到建構專業化特徵，以完成專業化進程，提出建設性的建議。

This article introduces the theory of professionalism by using the development of modern nursing profession in the past 150 years as an example. It also examines professionalization-associated issues in Complementary and Alternative Medicines (CAM). Animal-assisted therapy (AAT) is used as a sample case. Many constructive suggestions are made, including professional statements and professional structures and strategies for professionalism, in order to establish professionalization of AAT.
