焦點團體訪談法在癌症族群的應用

Application of Focus Group Interview in Cancer Patients

焦點團體訪談法(Focus Group Interview)是針對研究問題進行集體性探討，於互動過程中刺激成員意見的形成。相較個別訪談，焦點團體可幫助受訪者相互建構知識與刺激想法，而此方法所搜集的資料結構，相較於問卷法所得更具完整性。本文利用焦點團體概念架構之七要素，分別是團體凝聚力、討論過程、結果、團體構成要素、研究設定、主持人以及團體過程之影響因素，加以陳述運用焦點團體訪談在癌症族群的情況。期望分享焦點團體訪談運用在癌症族群之經驗，提供未來進行有關癌症族群之焦點團體研究者的參考。

Focus group interview is a method to probe an identified subject through a group's brain-storming discussion. Compared to individual interviews, collective inputs through a focus group interview not only enhance the interviewees' knowledge, but also create innovative ideas regarding the identified subject. It is more integrative than questionnaire-like. In this paper, the authors describe the framework of the focus group interview-group cohesion, discussion process, outcome, group composition, research setting, moderator, group process factors, and its application process in a cancer patient group. The purpose of this article is to share the author's experience in the application of a focus group interview and to motivate those who are interested in related studies considering the use of focus group interviews for data collection.
