Staff development educators are actively engaged in mentoring of preceptors and the orientation of new nursing staff. This Article describes the development a program for preceptor training, and focus on action research process to improve the program design, through actions on the one hand and reflected how to improve the 'masterful precepting program', and on the other hand to consider how to improve the '6masterful precepting program', in hopes of developing the precepting ability of preceptor. The research results pointed out that preceptor can be prepared some professional terms, and for teachers needs is clinical experience more than educational background, teaching material needs more example than theory teaching. Furthermore, the research conclusion can offer the researchers to improve the masterful precepting program', thus improving its effectiveness. |
