With the development of technology and the formation of global village, a trend has become obvious that adults adopt the digital Chinese learning materials as the way of acquiring Chinese. Various digital Chinese learning materials can be easily found through internet search engines. However, methods to evaluate the quality of those materials never exist. The purpose of this research is to construct the indicators of digital Chinese learning materials for adults. The first step of this research is to generalize the rules from the literature review and then to structure the standards of digital Chinese learning materials. Three times of Delphi and AHP system are adopted to construct the indicators and to convert these indicators to numerical values that can be processed and compared over the entire range of these elements. A priority is derived for each element of the hierarchy. Based on the related literature and the method of Delphi, four main indicators, nine sub-indicators and sixty items have been generalized, and then will be made use of evaluating quality of websites regarding the digital Chinese learning for adult learners. |
