民族主義在法國民法典、德國民法典的制定過程中具有重要的影響。“中國特色論”與“本土資源論”無力引導我國民法典的編纂。如何折中於“世界主義”與“民族主義”，仍然是我國民法典編纂過程中所要解決的重要問題。

Nationalism is deeply contacted with codification and causes great effect on codification such as Code Napoleon and German Civil Code. It is neither “Chinese Characteristics” nor “Native Resources” that can act as the guiding idea of the codification of our civil law. How to compromise Communalism and Nationalism is still a big problem during the codification of the civil code in China.
