什麼是社會保障？－－從社會保障制度史角度的分析

社會保障制度隨著社會的發展，起著越來越重要的作用，世界各國及各地區對社會保障制度內容的規定也是豐富多彩、千形百態。筆者從歷史演變的角度論述社會保障制度發展，即傳統的生活風險保障方式、早期社會保障制度、現代的社會保障制度，然後對我國的社會保障制度的發展作一介紹和分析。

The system of social security plays a more and more important role along with the development of society, and its contents in every country or every area are in all kinds of sorts and rich. The author will discuss about the development of the system of social security in historical evolution aspects, such as the traditional life security method, the forepart system of social security and modern system of social security; then introduces and analyzes the Chinese system of social security.
