醫療檢驗數據之腎臟疾病鑑別

本文由一般健檢之醫療檢驗項目中篩選出；鹼性磷酸脢（ALK）、空腹血糖（glucose）、三酸甘油脂（TG）、總膽固醇（T-CHO）、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇（LDL）、高密度脂蛋白膽固醇（HDL）、澱粉酵素（AMYLASE）、血清鈉（Na）、血中尿素氮（BUN）、肌酸酐（CREA）、尿蛋白（PRO）、尿酸（UA）、血清鉀（K）、血清鈣（Ca）、血清鎂（Mg）、尿糖（Sugar）、血壓（hypertension）等17項與腎臟疾病相關之檢驗項目。運用類神經網路進行腎臟疾病鑑別，正確率可達60%以上。本文提供了一個快速、簡便且準確診斷腎臟疾病的鑑別方式，並可作為醫療人員於腎臟疾病診斷上的有效協助。

This research applies neural network for identification the kidney disease with 17 medical inspections items of ALK, Glucose, TG, T-CHO, LDL, HDL, Amylase, Na, BUN, CREA, PRO, UA, K, Ca, Mg, Sugar and hypertension. The accuracy of identification the kidney disease is over 60%. This study proposes a rapid, simple and accurate method for identification of kidney disease, and it can also provide an effective assistance for physicians in the diagnosis of kidney diseases.
