腐敗犯罪是國家工作人員以及公司企業或其他單位的工作人員利用職務之便實施的貪污受賄行為。對腐敗犯罪的狀況可以從客觀和主觀兩個方面進行評估，但二者都有不夠準確之處。當下中國的腐敗犯罪是相當嚴重的，已經成為制度性腐敗和社會性腐敗。腐敗犯罪的原因是多方面的，包括人性本能中生成腐敗的原因、社會習俗中生成腐敗的原因、社會轉型期中生成腐敗的原因、制度設計中生成腐敗的原因、制度運行中生成腐敗的原因。認清腐敗犯罪的現狀及其生成原因，可以為制定反腐敗對策提供依據。
