《中國民間故事集成》常見故事類型索引的辨正與增補

The Discussion about Type-Index of Common Folktales in “The Collection of Chinese Folktales”

《中國民間故事集成》30本省市卷本於2008年已經全部出版，這是八十年代以來對中國大陸各民族民間故事進行普查所得的豐厚資料，在地域和民族方面都有普遍性與代表性，就文化資產與學術研究而言，也具有重要性。《中國民間故事集成》書後附錄的〈常見故事類型索引〉，提供讀者瞭解該省市常見故事類型的概況，對掌握民間故事而言有提綱挈領的作用。然以阿爾奈與湯普遜、 丁乃通、金榮華等人的故事類型索引來檢視，發現省卷本的索引有類型編號錯誤、同類多型、複合式類型故事等情形，某些類型編號是有待商榷的。本文試辨正索引中型號錯誤者，並增補其無類型編號者，俾使〈常見故事類型索引〉在未來的應用上可以更精確與普及。

Thirty volumes about 'The Collection of Chinese Folktales' had been completely published by the provinces and cities in 2008. The rich data of folktales were collected by researchers and investigators studying different races all over the country. Therefore, the data were universal and representative in regions and races. As for cultural properties and academic research, this collection has great significance. 'Type-Index of Common Folktales' in the appendix of 'The Collection of Chinese Folktales' offered readers general ideas about folktale genres from different provinces and cities. Knowing folktale genres well will help readers grasp the main points of folktales more easily. Based on the three index books written by Stith Thompson, Nai-Tung Ting, and Yung-Hua King respectively, some problems had been found, such as incorrect type codes, a type with different genres, and compound types. Therefore, some type codes of folktales were needed to be discussed. This paper tries to identify the folktales without type codes, and revise inappropriate codes, such as false codes and inappropriate categorization. Then, the type-index of folktales will be applied more popularly and significantly in the future.
