This study was a qualitative research which was from the viewpoint of students to narrate the internship course for them in DRSHP of MIT. Those data were collected by mainly in-depth interviews, daily records from the students, observing records from the teacher, documents from the internship organization, and the reflection of the author. The reliability of this study was based on data triangulation, member check, peer examination, and expressing the researchers ’ position and audit trail. Those data were analyzed, and the texts were constructed by multiple methods in three months. The three students in the internship course situations were played as a safety guard, an educational consultant, and a health instructor, respectively. In the internship course, those students learned how to build social relationship, how to get the experiences from work, whether their abilities match the requirement of business from self-check, and how to enhance their professional competence. In addition, those three studentseconstructed their value from the internship. Based on the findings, the researchers expect that we should respect and listen to the voice of students and share students’ precious experiences from their internship with others. |
