The New Prospect of Social Education

社會教育隨時代潮流而進步，在進步的過程中，展望社會教育之發展，應革新之事甚多，其主要者，在本文所探討的有：一、社會教育伴同教育發展：教育在發展，社會教育也跟著教育同時在發展，在未來的發展均是在提升文化水準。二、社會教育學的研究更能建立科學的基礎：能把握社會教育的性質與方法，重視科學研究的結果。三、社會教育長期指導的需要性：現代的青年處於不同性質的關係團體中，和面對不同的期待，需要長期地接受指導和揚棄衝突。四、社會教育機構的新取向：在教育制度中建立青年幫助的地位，重視校外的青年教育，提供社會大眾文化活動的場所。五、社會教育課題的更新：賦予社會教育機構更大的權利，朝向機會均等的理想邁進，重視社會青年政策與教育政策。社會教育因時代潮流的轉變，在文化提升的取向中，未來將扮演更重要的角色。社會教育是在社會之中實施，也在社會之中發展。就一般情形而言，社會愈發展，則社會教育也愈發展。而且社會教育有時是基於一時需要，用來解決社會問題，但它也有長遠的目標，以教育的力量來促進社會的發展與進步。因此社會教育的發展值得重視。

Social education is progressing in the society. So people also learn in the society. In learning of social education, people devotes himself or herself to get every experiences to solve the individual and social problems. The ideals of social education are making harmonizing society, cultural society und humanizing society. In this new prospect--social education development, people must reforms educational works. So in this thesis discuss five tasks:1. Social education development accompanies general education development: the goal of this two educations is towards the promotion of culture. 2. The studies of social education is according to scientific basis: to handle the nature and method of social education, especially the obtained good results of research. 3. Social education needs long time guidance: youth in modem society needs long time guidance in order to get rid of conflict. 4. The new direction of social educational institutions: to help the youth and to provide places for cultural activities. 5. To renew the tasks of social education: towards to equality of educational opportunity, the policies of youth and education. Social education will be improved in the future. And this education will play the important role in developmental education. Because this education is for all people and also consists of long life education.
