本研究旨在探討醫院護理人員之人格特質、正向情緒與工作適應之相關,採問卷調查法,以高雄市及屏東縣市醫療院所之臨床護理人員為研究對象,抽樣採用立意取樣法,共發出539份問卷,有效回收503份,有效問卷回收為93.3%。主要研究工具除人口變項外,為研究者修定編製「人格特質量表」、「正向情緒量表」、「工作適應量表」。結果顯示醫院護理人員人格特質類型與工作適應有密切關係;正向情緒與工作適應有顯著正相關;醫院護理人員部分人口變項在人格特質、正向情緒、工作適應感受上有顯著差異。以上結果提供醫院護理人員展現自我人格特質優勢及醫院行政組織重視護理人員的專業角色與地位之參考。The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship among personality traits, positive emotion and work adjustment of hospital nurses. The method of this study was a questionnaire survey. The research subjects were the hospital nurses in Kaohsiung and Pingtung areas. The study used a sample of 539 nurses randomly selected. An overall return rate of 503 nurses (93.3%) was achieved. The major tools of investigation were 4 questionnaires designed by the researcher, including the variance of background, scale of personality traits, scale of positive emotion, and scale of work adjustment.This study has drawn the following conclusions: On personality traits of the hospital nurses, personality traits and work adjustment are significantly related; positive emotion and work adjustment have a positive correlation. Personality traits and positive emotion contributed to the prediction of work adjustment. The finding provides the hospitals to know the priority of nurses. The administrators of hospitals should highlight the nurses' professional role and social status. |
