從傳統的衛教方式轉移至賦權衛教方式是很不容易的,深入瞭解賦權內涵有助於健康專業人員執行賦權策略。本研究分析糖尿病衛教師與糖尿病個案對賦權內涵的觀點,期結果能作為日後糖尿病照護的參考。Three phases of patient empowerment and two categories of each phase emerged from the interview data. The awareness phase included partnership building between empowerer and empoweree and their co-discovery of empowerment issues that arise in people living with diabetes. The action phase included enrichment of the patient and shift of power from empowerer to empoweree. The evaluation phase included reflection and feedback. |
