本文主旨在運用羅氏適應模式照護一位患有第Ⅰ型糖尿病之學齡期兒童的護理經驗。照護期間自2008年3月21日至3月28日,以羅氏適應模式為評估基礎,經由觀察、會談、身體評估及直接照護等方式收集資料,確立個案的主要健康問題,包括有知識缺失;焦慮及無效性因應能力。以治療性遊戲方式蘊含於護理過程中,提供照護知識與技能控制正常血糖值,並以同理心、接受與支持的態度,鼓勵表達情緒,促進及達成適應的目標與健康狀態。期望藉此護理經驗之分享,提供兒科臨床護理同仁照顧相似疾病病童的參考。The purpose of this case study described a nursing experience which applied the Roy's adaptation model to take care of an elementary school child with type Ⅰ Diabetes Mellitus. The caring period of time was from March 21st to March 28th, 2008. The Roy's adaptation model was used as an assessment basis through the ways of observations, interviews, physical examinations, and nursing care to collect data. The primary health problems were identified including deficient knowledge, anxiety, and ineffective coping behavior. The nursing process was embedded with therapeutic games involving knowledge and skills of adequate blood glucose controls. Furthermore, the child was encouraged to express her emotion with the help of the author's attitudes of sympathies, acceptances, and supports to promote and achieve the goal of adaptation to maintain her health. This nursing experience can be shared with pediatric nurses to take care of similar cases clinically. |
