近年來自我管理概念廣被應用於慢性病患的衛生教育中,但對於此概念的定義、基本屬性仍缺乏一明確的陳述;再者,因自我管理也經常與自我照顧、遵從性交替使用,因此本文以Walker與Avant (1995)所提的步驟進行概念分析,目的除了瞭解自我管理的概念性定義,確立定義性特質之外,並列舉範例說明,佐以實證性量表與相關研究,期望此分析結果,能更釐清自我管理概念之精義,做為未來研究者發展自我管理之測量工具與介入性護理措施的依據。The concept 'self-management' has been wildly applied in the health education for patients with chronic diseases in recent years; however, it still ahs no explicit statement to clarify the definition and attributes of this concept. Moreover, the terms 'self-management', 'self-care' and 'adherence' were often used interchangeably in studies. This article applied the methodology outlined by Walker and Avant (1995) to analyze the concept of self-management. The definition of self-management, attributes, example cases, and empirical references will be presented in this paper. It is expected this analysis will clarify the essence of the concept of self-management, which may serve as a basis for developing the instruments and nursing interventions related to self-management. |
