隨著數位化的時代,多媒體已廣泛被運用在護理照護上,然在產後護理指導是匱乏的,故本專案旨在運用多媒體於產後團體護理指導,以提升產婦之認知、滿意度及護理人員執行護理指導之滿意度。經分析發現產後團體護理指導內容缺乏一致性及完整性,且講述的方式及指導時間缺乏彈性,導致產婦之認知僅為74.07分,整體滿意度為78.5%,護理人員整體滿意度低,僅為22.3%。經採多媒體護理指導;即修訂指導內容、規劃指導教材、重新規劃工作流程、教導護理人員使用之技能及強化指導環境後,產婦的認知提升為86.20分,整體滿意度達85%,而護理人員之整體滿意度達80%。本專案發現多媒體教材的應用,不但可使護理指導內容較為一致外,且能提升產婦及護理人員之滿意度。With the advance of technology, digital multimedia has been widely used in the field of nursing. However, this post-partum nursing education has always been found to be deficient. Therefore the aim of this project was to utilize multimedia instruction post-partum nursing education in order to improve mothers' knowledge and satisfaction towards acquiring new knowledge, as well as improve nurses' satisfaction with nursing education. After the initial data analysis, post-partum group nursing education was found to be inconsistent and incomplete. Moreover, the teaching methodology and the instruction time lacked flexibility. Thus, the mothers' knowledge score was only 74.07 points and the overall satisfaction was only 78.5%. Nurses' satisfaction toward the nursing education was also low, about 22.3%. After implementing digital multimedia instruction, including revision of instruction content and teaching material, replanting of the standard operative procedures, as well as strengthening environmental guidance for nursing education, the overall satisfaction for mothers increased to 86.20 points and overall satisfaction also increased to 85%. Nurses' satisfaction increased to 80%. This project found that the application of multimedia instruction not only makes of nursing education content consistent, but also improves the level of satisfaction for mothers and nurses.
