本專案旨在提昇肝臟移植病人對藥物衛教指導之滿意度。經調查發現南部某醫學中心肝臟加護病房內之現有藥物衛教指導單張使用率不佳,使肝臟移植病人對藥物衛教指導滿意度低,僅為28.6%。分析病人不滿意之原因為:(1)缺乏藥物樣本供衛教指導使用;(2)藥物衛教指導單張內容編排不佳;(3)護理人員不知道部份藥物注意事項,使衛教指導內容不一致;(4)護理人員未給予完整書面資料;(5)護理人員進行衛教指導時慣用專業術語》經由臨床調查、現況分析及文獻查證後,已製作肝臟移植藥物樣本圖冊、修訂藥物衛教指導單張內容、全面使用新版藥物衛教指導單張及舉辦肝臟移植病人用藥指導示範教學討論會等改善辦法,結果使肝臟移植病人對藥物衛教指導之滿意度提昇至100%,且皆能正確認識目前用藥,達專案目。The aim of this project was to improve the satisfaction of medicine education in liver transplant recipients. After investing in a certain liver intensive care unit of medical center in southern Taiwan, utility rate of the leaflet for medicine education was poor, the satisfaction of medicine education in liver transplant recipients were 28.6%. After analyzing, these results were due to space (1) shortness of pill sample for illustration, (2) poor integrity of contents in leaflet, (3) introduction of medication was inconsistent due to nursing staff was unfamiliar with the point for attention of some medication, (4) there were no complete papers and references for patients, (5) nursing staff used to using specialized terms in orientation. After clinical investigating, problem analysis, and literature review, we made album of pills for liver transplant recipients, revised leaflet content, used a new version of leaflet in unanimity, and held workshop for demonstration of medication in transplant recipients. Our results showed that the satisfaction of liver transplant recipients was increased up to 100% and they could recognize their medication at present that reached the aims of this project. |
