母血篩檢唐氏症結果為陽性的孕婦面對羊膜穿刺術時所感受的護理照護

The Perceptions ofNursing Care ofPregnant Women with Matemal Serum Screening to Positive Reaction for Down's Syndrome during Amniocentesis

本研究屬質性研究，目的在探討母血篩檢唐氏症結采為陽性的孕婦在面對羊膜穿刺術時所感受的護理照護。共收集16 位孕婦訪談資料，並使用內容分析法進行資料分析。研究結果發現可從個案所感受到的護理照護，包括體會到的護理活動（包括有幫助、沒有幫助的護理活動及對護理人員的期望）和未體會到的護理活動兩大類。本研究結果可以協助護理人員提供個案更完善的諮詢服務與提升護理照護品質。The purpose of this qualitative study was to explore the perceptions of nursing care of pregnant women with matemal serum screening to positive reaction for Down's syndrome during amniocentesis. Sixteen pregnant women consented to participation in this study. The data were collected through semi-structured interviews and analyzed using content analysis. The findings included two categories: perception of nursing actions (helpful and unhelpful nursing actions, the expectation of the nurse), and absence of nursing actions. This study identifies the need for nurses to provide consultation in working with Taiwanese women. With this goal in mind, the quality of nursing can only be enhanced in the future.
