自我照顧之概念分析

Self-Care: A Concept Analysis

自我照顧概念已普遍應用在護理理論、研究與臨床實務中，然而由於學者的觀點不同，因而產生了許多不同的概念性及操作性定義。本文依據Walker和Avant(1995)所提出的概念分析方法，來進行自我照顧的概念分析，其目標在於界定此一概念的定義特徵，提出典型、邊緣、相關及相反案例之比較說明，確認前因與後果，並列舉出常見之實證性參考資料。期能透過此一概念分析，有助於理論的發展，並引導護理臨床實務及未來研究之應用。Self-care is a concept frequently referred to in the theory, the research, and the clinical practice of nursing. However, it has been variously conceptualized and operationalized. The purpose of this paper is to apply the methodology outlined by Walker and Avant (1995) to analyze the concept of self-care. The aims of this concept analysis are to determine the defining attributes, to construct model, related, borderline, and contrary cases, and to identify antecedents and consequences. Empirical referents are also outlined. It is hoped that this analysis can be helpful not only in theory development but also in developing a research project and guiding nursing practice.
