本文探討2009年教師領導的研究結果與啟示,採文獻分析的研究方法,研究者從ProQuest資料庫鍵入Teacher Leadership並篩選到24篇博士論文,針對這24篇博士論文分成五類予以探討研究結果,包含:1、以分散領導為主的研究成果;2、以教師領導者為主的研究成果;3、以教師領導為主的研究成果;4、以教師專業發展為主的研究成果;5、以教學專家為主的研究成果,並針對這五類研究結果分別加以評析。接著,研究者敘述當前我國教師領導的研究現況,並以美國2009年教師領導的研究成果為借鏡,提出對我國教師領導研究的啟示。The study explored teacher leadership research and its implications in 2009. Literature analysis method was used. The literature data was comprised of 24 doctoral dissertations from ProQuest. The researcher discussed the findings of these doctoral dissertations which were divided into five categories. They are distributed leadership, teacher leader, teacher leadership, professional development for teachers, and instructional experts. According to the discussions and findings presented in the paper, the researcher delineated the status quo of teacher leadership research in Taiwan. In addition, the differences of research findings on teacher leadership between America and Taiwan were compared. Finally, some suggestions were proposed. |
