本研究乃鑑於台灣的學校教育,未因台灣的民主化讓訓育式教育的力量消失,人權教育的落實就更顯重要,因此,透過文獻探討分析從各式各類檔案文件及研究結果獲得的文字資料,進行有意義與系統的詮釋分析。本研究首先探討現代教育法制與校規之核心價值,從中抽譯出重要人權理念,藉以彰顯校規與人權教育之相關性。其次,探討人權教育與校園文化之關連,分析校視的教育性意涵。最後,探究台灣人權教育推展之情形,分析在民主化的進程中人權教育之推展如何展現於校園規範的演變中。希望透過本研究,明晰校規之定位,彰顯人權之價值,建立重視校園人權環境的社會共識。Because of the importance of human rights education in Taiwan, it is needed to make the meaning of human rights more clear. This paper explores three themes: fist, to analyze the connotation of modem educational laws and school regulations; second, to explain the relationships among human rights education and campus culture. Finally, to point out the present human rights education condition in Taiwan. The author hopes that this paper can contribute to confirm the position of school regulations and clear school regulations value. In so doing, we can reconstruction the social consensus of campus human rights environment. |
