目的:本研究旨在探討國中體育教師的教學信念與其有效教學表現的現況及關係。方法:以自編之「國中體育教師教學信念及其有效教學表現」量表進行問卷調查,研究對象為666位臺灣地區各縣市在職國中體育教師及實習體育教師,使用之統計方法包括描述性分析、因素分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關及多元迴歸分析等。結果:第一,教師普遍具有高度的教學信念特徵,且大體上均傾向認為自己在教學上有不錯的表現。第二,教師的教學信念及其有效教學表現會因教師特質和教學環境的不同而稍有差異。第三,教師的教學信念與有效教學表現具有顯著相關。第四,教學信念對有效教學表現具有極高的預測力,且以教學策略與方法層面預測力最高。結論:國中體育教師的教學信念與有效教學表現息息相關,且教師的教學信念可有效預測其有效教學表現。Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships of the junior high school physical education teachers' teaching beliefs and effective teaching performance. Method: The target subjects were selected from all the junior high schools in Taiwan. Total research subjects were 666 teachers in this research. The statistics methods were adopt including description analysis, factor analysis, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, pearson product-moment correlation, multiple regression analysis. Results: first, in general most junior high schools' physical education teachers have high teaching beliefs and attend to think their teaching performances were good. Second, teachers' teaching beliefs and their effective teaching performance were influence by teacher's characteristic and the teaching environment. Third, teachers' teaching beliefs and the effective teaching performance had significant relationship, and the factor of teaching strategy and method had closest student teacher to effective teaching performance. Finally, the teaching beliefs could predict effective teaching performance, especially the teaching strategy and the methods. Conclusions: There were not only positive correlations between teaching beliefs and effective teaching performances of teacher, but also there were predictability of teaching beliefs towards effective teaching performances of teacher. |
