排球裁判執法判決電腦輔助評估系統之研發

Development of a computer system to evaluate volleyball referees' judgments

目的：本研究在於研發排球裁判執法判決的電腦輔助評估系統。方法：本系統的建立係透過對正式排球比賽第一裁判執法判決的過程，配合排球裁判執法技術之移位實務，以數位攝影機拍攝排球裁判比賽執法判決實況，觀察蒐集各種不同類型的判例實況光碟，加以剪輯搭配電腦程式設計，完成電腦輔助排球裁判執法判決評估系統，並隨機抽樣國內30位排球裁判為研究對象，受測者就所觀看之影片內容，以滑鼠分別操作執行判定的時機準確性與正確性，共進行3套題型的測試，完成評估作業後，根據受測者前、後測試的評估結果，以變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關及「已知組間差異法」檢驗本評估系統的信效度。結果：發現本電腦輔助評估系統具有良好的信效度。結論：本系統的研發，可以提供排球裁判執行判定的評估，也可透過本系統的操作提升排球裁判執行判定的水準。並可推廣至其他運動項目，依據相同原理，設計各項適合情境內容，應用於各運動項目的裁判講習訓練課程，提昇各運動項目的裁判執行判定績效，以增進裁判執法技術水準。Purpose: To develop a computer system that can be used in selecting volleyball referees. Methods: In order to develop the system, video clips of correct judgments from first referees in different volleyball games were edited and collected as the data base. Various kinds of judgments were included in these clips. The system was accomplished by coping the video clips with a computer program that evaluates a referee's accuracy and required-time in making judgments. To test the validity and reliability of this system, thirty volleyball referees in Taiwan were randomly selected as the subjects. Every subject was individually presented with three sets of video clips, during which the subject was asked to make judgments and click on a computer screen with a mouse. The first two sets of video clips were identical, and the third set was composed of video clips that were equally hard to the ones in the first two sets but were never shown previously. The data from these thirty subjects were collected and analyzed with ANOVA, Pearson Product Moment correlation, and Known Group Difference Statistics Methods. Results: Our computer system had great validity and reliability in evaluating a volleyball referee's accuracy and required-time in making judgments. Conclusion: This system is efficient in selecting volleyball referees, and can also improve their judging skills. Moreover, after changing the video clip data base, this system can have the same effect in training and selecting referees in other sports. In another word, this computer system can help referees to improve their skills in making judgments, and can assist in referee selection in various kinds of sports.
