目的:本研究主要目的是針對屏東縣健康營造中心的社區居民實施健康促進介入(包含飲食和運動處方),以達到參與社區居民健康體適能促進目標。方法:本研究設計採類實驗法。以屏東縣社區健康營造中心共68名成員設為「實驗組」;以屏東市社區健康營造中心60名居民設為「對照組」。透過前、後測之血液生化檢驗、健康行為評估表和運動行為改變階段量表及體適能檢測等方式收集資料。經描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、相依樣本t檢定及共變數分析。結果:發現:有長期性的飲食和運動處方介入對肌耐力、柔軟度、BMI、血壓、血脂等健康狀況及健康行為、運動行為改變階段等評量有顯著的改善。結論:屏東縣社區健康營造中心居民經六個月的飲食和運動處方介入,大部分參與的社區居民達到健康體適能促進目標,此結果可提供未來參考。Purpose: To explore whether the Community residents at Pingtung County Health Construct Center have been achieved the goal of promotional fitness after attending the health-related physical fitness program. Methods: This study conduct quasi-experimental design and the respondents would purposively sampling from community health construct centers. The participants were divided into two groups: control group (n=68), and experimental group (n=60). Both control group and experimental group participants would be conducted the examinations for the blood laboratory, blood lipid, blood pressure, heights, and weights before and after the experiment. This study administers questionnaires includes demographical data, the stages of exercise behavior change, health-related physical fitness, and evaluation form of healthy behavior so as to solicit the answer from respondents. In addition, this study was analyzed by descriptive statistic, t-test and analysis of covariance. Results: The results of this study showed that muscle endurance, flexibility, BMI value, blood pressure, blood lipids, healthy behavior and exercise behavior changes have significant improvement. Conclusions: Health-Diet Prescription and Sports Prescription intervened to the community residents at Pingtung County Health Construct Center for six month. Most residents of control group have achieved the final goal. In the future, the results could be applied to other communities. |
