本研究之目的,在探討增補肌酸對最高跳躍高度及平均跳躍高度的影響。本研究採雙盲實驗設計,將16名大專排球選手(平均年齡22.6±2.1歲、平均身高182.0±4.9cm、平均體重73.5±6.3kg)隨機分成肌酸組與控制組,每組八名選手。肌酸組增補肌酸(每天20公克、分四次服用、連續六天)及葡萄糖24公克(每天4公克、分四次服用、連續六天);控制組則服用安慰劑麥芽糊精及葡萄糖,其增補劑量、次數及天數與肌酸組相同。實驗之第1、8天,分別實施跳躍能力測驗。測驗所得資料,經以二因子混合設計變異數分析進行各項考驗。結果,肌酸組在增補之後的第四、五、六、七回合,各回合的平均跳躍高度(42.91±2.81cm~38.58±3.75cm),都有顯著增加(3.71cm~4.67cm,p<.05),並都顯著高於控制組(38.64±3.08cm~34.65±1.70cm,p<.05),但最高跳躍高度則否(增補前43.15±3.21cm、增補後44.73±5.34cm,p>.05)。經過討論之後,本研究獲得以下結論:增補肌酸對單次跳躍的最高跳躍高度,沒有顯著效果,但對間歇跳躍的平均跳躍高度,則有顯著提昇。The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of creatine supplementation on jumping ability. Double blind experimentation was used in this study. Sixteen college male volleyball players( age= 22.6±2.1 yrs, height=182.0±4.9cm, and weight=73.5±6.3 kg) were randomly divided into creatine group(n=8) and control group(n=8). The creatine group took creatine monohydrate six days (4 times/ day and 5 g each time) and glucose six days (4 times / day and 1 g each time). The control group took maltodextrin and glucose as placebo. On the first, and 8th days of the experiment, the jumping ability test were performed. The data collected from the experiment was analyzed by two way ANOVA. After creatine supplementation, the creatine group have significantly increased on average jumping height(p<.05), but not the highest jumping height(p>.05). The conclusions of this study are creatine supplementation has no significant effect on the highest jumping height of single jump but significantly enhances the average jumping height of interrmittent jumps. |
