至古至今,距離在社會組織中扮演著重要的角色,組織中多數的活動與溝通受距離所影響,而絕大多數的人努力克服距離的障礙。本文從多重角度來探討距離與溝通的關係,包括建構距離的時間與速度、遠與近、領域與空間及核心與邊陸等,在實証研究方面,著重在物理距離對組織同仁溝通的影響及對上下屬問溝通的影響。另外著重在位階距離,即上下屬問情感及權力的距離對溝通頻次與溝通時間的影響。藉著上述的探討,本文提出走動式管理弱化摩擦係數及增進情感三策略,以使距離最小化,達溝通最大化。Distance has been always played an important role since inception in our society. Most people always tried to remove barriers of the activities and communication affected by distance. The purpose of this article was to explore the relationship between commumication and distance by multi-dimentional approach, including construct of time vs. speed, far vs. near, territory vs. space, and core vs. border. From evidence-based perspective, this article focused on the influence of physical distance to communication among peers, superios and subordinates. Also, the emphasis ws on status distance. That is, the affection and power between the superior and the subordinate and its relationship to the frequencies of communication. As a result, this article provided walking management, decreased confrontation, and promoting group affection as the strategies to minimize the influence of distance and to maximize the function of communication. |
